When Will My Order Ship?
All Atelier Emme jewelry pieces are meticulously handcrafted. The time to create your special pieces will normally run five to seven business days; larger orders may take slightly longer. If you are in need of something faster, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to meet your needs.
Please know that each piece is created with the utmost attention to detail and often times, handcrafted components which require time. My goal is to create a high-quality piece of jewelry that will last for years to come.
What Is Your Shipping Policy?
Orders over $95.00 ship free, Standard Shipping; however, if the difference between Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping is slight your shipping will be upgraded to Priority Shipping as a courtesy and show of appreciation. Free Shipping does not cover insurance for your parcel. When placing large orders, we recommend insuring your parcel in order to protect it in transit. (An additional cost applies to Shipping Insurance). You are always welcome to inquire as to the cost to insure your order once you place your order. Atelier Emme is not responsible for any uninsured parcels lost in transit.
You are able to choose your preferred shipping method on orders under $95.00. (Economy, Standard or Priority).
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. If you require International Shipping, please email us your Country, Address and the items you would like shipped and we will provide a shipping cost estimate for you prior to completing your order.
In order to protect your purchase during transit, we recommend insuring your parcel when shipping Internationally. Atelier Emme is not responsible for any uninsured parcels lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for Customs and Duties that may apply on their purchase.
Atelier Emme is not responsible for delivery delays related to Customs and International Carriers.
Do You Accept Returns?
Each Atelier Emme creation is hand made with love and meticulous attention to detail. I hope you will love your purchase. In the case that you require an adjustment or are not one-hundred percent happy, please reach out to me at email@example.com and I will work with you to make it right. I believe jewelry is an investment and I want to ensure you are happy absolutely happy with your purchase.
